Vesta 5 Defne

Built in 2002, the Vesta 5 Defne is a 24 metre motor sailer available for both scheduled cruises and charter around the Aeolian Islands off the north coast of Sicily. With accommodation for up to 14 passengers in 7 double, air-conditioned, en suite cabins, the ship is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxed and friendly sailing environment. Discover the seductive magic of the seven islands, Alicudi, Filicudi, Vulcano, Lipari, Panarea, Stromboli and Salina on a fun, hospitable and laid-back cruise on the Vesta 5 Defne.

The Vesta 5 Defne provides relaxed, friendly cruises for both individuals and groups of friends or families who want to discover the scenic natural beauty of the Aeolian, or Lipari Islands, off the coast of northern Sicily. Cruises are 8 days long and call at the 7 main islands of the archipelago - Alicudi Filicudi, Vulcano, Lipari, Panarea, Stromboli and Salina. The islands are of volcanic origin and include two active volcanos, Stromboli and Vulcano, and have been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site for this reason. Typical cruises will include plenty of time for swimming off the boat, for sunbathing on deck, and for visiting the small towns and bays of the island chain.
