Embark the ship in Aqaba.

Day 1: Aqaba

Join the Le Ponant in Aqaba. After settling in on board, there will be an opportunity to meet your fellow passengers at a Welcome Cocktail Reception. Aqaba is also the gateway to the magnificent desert of Wadi Rum and the marvellous site of Petra.

Days 2-3: Eilat

Arrive at the popular beach resort town of Eilat situated on the Red Sea, near Jordan. Its beaches are noted for their calm waters and its sublime coral reefs, guaranteeing dazzling dives in warm waters brimming with life.

Days 4-6: Safaga

Your next stop will be in Egypt where you will spend several days in Safaga. From there, you will be able to discover some of the most beautiful vestiges of the Pharaonic civilisation. Indeed, not far from there you can discover the beautiful site of Luxor and its many ancient temples and tombs hiding myriad secrets near the banks of the Nile. You may join optional excursions visiting Luxor Museum, Karnak Temple and the Luxor Temple. You may join an optional snorkeling trip in the Red Sea where underwater sightings may include blue-spotted stingrays, grouper and other rainbow-coloured species.

Day 7: Hurghada

Spend the day in Hurghada, a paradise for diving and snorkelling enthusiasts. You may join an optional snorkeling excursion or a glass bottom boat tour.

Day 8: Aqaba

Arrive back in Aqaba this morning and disembark Le Ponant after enjoying your final breakfast on board. Aqaba is also the gateway to the magnificent desert of Wadi Rum and the marvellous site of Petra.
