Tu Moana

Tu Moana
  • French Polynesia

  • 60 passengers

Stylish cruise experiences await in the French Polynesia lagoons of Bora Bora, Raiatea, Taha'a and Huahine aboard the 69 meter Tu Moana. A modern and innovative South Pacific private yacht operating in the South Pacific. Tu Moana has a number of sundecks, Jacuzzis, and a number of other facilities that make a calm-water lagoon cruise an experience that will give you and your lover will cherish forever. Cabins are elegant, with designer facilities throughout; the average cabin size is 170 square feet and the amenities include large panoramic windows, quality beds and linen, individually controlled cabin air-conditioning, original artworks, locally created specialty soaps and lotions, flat screen TV/DVD. The small size of Tu Moana allow for navigation deep into the smooth-water lagoons. Much like a private yacht, they anchor next to the island's best beaches and villages, and alongside the tiny private islets called motus. One of the most innovative features is the 2.1 meter or 6'9" draft. Given the average depth of the leeward island lagoons is just 5 meters, this unique hull design enables the cruise-yachts to access areas of the lagoon that the larger ships can only dream about.

Aranui 3

Aranui 3
  • French Polynesia

  • 200 passengers

The new Aranui 3, built in 1990, is the only custom built passenger/cargo vessel sailing between Tahiti and The Marquesas. She offers comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation for about 200 passengers with a high crew to guest ratio. The large, family-style dining room offers views as varied as the menus. Relish the ever-changing scenery and the imaginative French and Polynesian cuisine. Dressing for dinner is very informal, perhaps a pareo (sarong-like wrap around skirt) or shorts, sandals and a white tiare (hibiscus blossom) behind the ear. The swimming pool on deck is the place for the perfect plunge. In the well-equipped gym, you can stretch your muscles while gazing out at the ocean. There are facilities for fishing, swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. There are two charming bars, two lounges and a full programme of activities. You’ll learn about Marquesan history, culture and art from the guest lecturers. And the spirited crew will teach you to weave hats, how to wear the national dress, the pareo, and dance the tamure.

Bremen

The expedition ship, Bremen, will take you into regions of the world where you can fully satisfy your thirst for discoveries. And our 12 expedition-ready, motorized rubber boats, the so-called Zodiacs, enable passengers to land in even the most remote regions. The atmosphere on board is personal and familiar. The 164 guests are united by their enjoyment of their common adventures, while a friendly service crew is happiest when providing for your well-being. Cosmopolitan lecturers and experts enrich every expedition with their knowledge, their experience and their spirit of adventure and are a rich source for background information on the destination areas both on shore and on board. Let yourself be pampered by the culinary delights in the restaurant with the large panorama windows, and the small fitness centre with sauna invites you to take some time to relax. And the comfortable cabins with 18 square meters of floor space will quickly become your home away from home — with a view of the ocean 24 hours a day.
