The Professor Multanovsky is a modern and comfortable vessel. She was built in 1983 in Finland as an ice-strengthened ship dedicated to polar and oceanographic research. As the ship has been continuously refurbished since its conversion for passenger use, she is ideally suited for expedition cruising. She has a capacity of 52 passengers, all accommodated in cabins with outside windows. The ship’s public areas include a large dining room, lounge, bar, library, infirmary and a sauna. The Professor Multanovsky is also equipped with Zodiacs which are perfectly suited for excursions and wildlife observation trips.
